Terms and Tiers

Image to GDL provides access to a subscription-based service that processes subscriber-supplied images, references, prompts, and related instructions into GDL-related outputs and associated processing results.

VKTRS may update, modify, suspend, or withdraw the service from time to time.

You are solely responsible for all content, files, images, references, prompts, instructions, and other materials you upload, submit, or process through the service.

You represent and warrant that you own, control, or have secured all rights, licences, permissions, and consents required to use those materials in connection with the service.

You must not use the service with any material that infringes or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, design right, confidential information, privacy right, publicity right, or other third-party right.

You must not use the service to recreate, derive from, or closely imitate protected third-party content unless you are expressly authorised to do so.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, clearing, and approving any output generated through the service before internal use, publication, manufacture, licensing, sale, distribution, or other deployment.

VKTRS does not verify that any output is non-infringing, original, unique, commercially usable, registrable, or suitable for any particular use.

VKTRS does not provide copyright clearance, trademark clearance, design-right review, freedom-to-operate review, or legal advice as part of the subscription unless separately agreed in writing.

Any decision to use an output remains entirely at your risk.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VKTRS, Raumlab Pty Ltd, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, demands, allegations, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• your uploaded or submitted materials
• your prompts, references, instructions, or source content
• any output generated for you or used by you
• your use, publication, licensing, sale, distribution, manufacture, or deployment of any output
• any allegation that your use of the service or any related input or output infringes or violates the rights of a third party

VKTRS may suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate access where VKTRS reasonably believes the service is being used in breach of these terms, in connection with infringing material, or in a manner that creates legal, operational, or reputational risk.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VKTRS disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, or output suitability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VKTRS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VKTRS’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the subscription will not exceed the subscription fees paid by you to VKTRS for the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Lemon Squeezy. Billing may include automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Billing management, invoices, and payment-method changes may be handled through the Lemon Squeezy customer flow where available.

Before completing purchase, subscribers must be presented with these terms and must actively confirm acceptance.

By completing purchase or activating access after that acceptance step, you confirm that:

• you have read and accepted these terms
• you hold all required rights, licences, and permissions for the materials you submit
• you accept full responsibility for copyright and related-rights claims arising from your use of the service

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless applicable mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
