Vektors provides digital software products and tools for the Graphisoft Archicad platform, including:

• Archicad templates
• Archicad objects (GDL)
• Workflow utilities
• Automation and optimisation tools
• Subscription-based diagnostics and infrastructure tools

All Vektors products are delivered digitally. Products are purchased through our payment provider Lemon Squeezy, which manages payment processing, tax handling and digital fulfilment. Customers are charged at checkout or via subscription billing depending on the product.

Vektors does not provide consulting services or architectural services via this platform.

Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy LLC (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com).

Depending on the product, billing may include:

• One-time purchases
• Recurring subscriptions
• Automatic renewals

Subscription customers may manage billing, cancellations and invoices via the customer portal provided by Lemon Squeezy.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

Refund requests may be considered in limited circumstances including:

• Duplicate purchases
• Technical delivery failures
• Billing errors

Refund requests should be submitted via our GET IN TOUCH Form within 14 days of purchase.

Some Vektors tools operate on a subscription basis. Subscriptions may include:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

Vektors software tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Vektors shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or project delays.

Vektors products are licensed, not sold. Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal professional use.

Some Vektors tools interact with infrastructure such as BIMcloud installations and project files. Operational metrics such as file size statistics or server performance data may be processed.

Vektors services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure updates, or external dependencies.

Products are designed for specific Graphisoft Archicad versions. Compatibility information is provided on product pages.

Vektors may release product updates, feature improvements, and compatibility updates periodically.

Licences may be suspended or terminated if users violate these terms or misuse software.

Diagnostic and monitoring tools are intended only for authorised system administration within an organisation’s own infrastructure.

Users must not use these tools to access systems without permission or collect confidential data beyond the intended operation of the software.
